Some of your duties will include:

 

  • Plan and schedule daily workshop jobs and maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate labour, parts, and equipment to meet deadlines
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as required
  • Liaise with supervisors, tradespeople, and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate job and scheduling records
  • Proactively identify and resolve workflow issues

 

What skills and experience do you need?

 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar scheduling or coordination role
  • Mechanical trade certificate preferred
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
